If there are two things Gary Cohen knows (and there might just be), they are content creation and baseball. He started his career as a sportswriter but has crafted communications and custom content for clients as diverse as Gatorade, the American Library Association, and Kaiser Permanente.
Before starting his own business, he was the editor-in-chief of publications for the Chicago Cubs, where he had a press box seat for the team's transition from lovable losers to World Series champions. For eight years, his group produced the monthly magazine, the in-stadium program and scorecard, the Cubs Yearbook, and various special projects. He also authored and edited the Cubs' official book from the 2016 World Series run, Fly the W. These days, he's more likely to be writing scripts for the team's YouTube channel or helping out with communications projects.
Gary has undergraduate degrees in psychology and advertising (a dangerous combination) from the University of Texas and a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Media, and Integrated Marketing Communications. The former actor spends way too much time watching sports and is an avid runner — though, admittedly, much of that is chasing after his two amazing children.
